What happens if I am not at the address for order delivery?

If your order could not be delivered to you because you were not at the indicated address, InPost Cargo will not make a second call to the indicated address. In this case, you must visit the branch where your cargo is located and pick it up.

How can I check the delivery date of my product?

The shipment arrived damaged. Should I get it?

Do not take damaged incoming packages and keep a report indicating that the package is damaged. Then you can contact our customer service about your order.
